The Match Day Paperwork app is a great tool for sporting leagues, allowing umpires and team/club officials to submit votes and custom match-related forms via their smart phones. These tasks are setup/configured in your leagues database, where existing paper forms can be replicated (along with voting systems).
App users are required to login with their Passport accounts, which determines which matches and tasks (forms or voting systems) they have access to.
If you dont have a Passport account you can create one at https://passport.sportingpulse.com. If you have logged in but cannot see any matches or tasks, please contact your league.
